Stability training for dogs

Lots of muscle in the dog can work when the dog balances on the different balance pads. So the balance training is just as much a stability training, coordination training and a pure strength training.

Dog training with a ball gives a lot to both driver and dog, so it is a good training tool and works great for the fish as a physical indoor training because it does not require much space. This can also be a really good form of exercise when it is cold and slippery outside. But of course you can train the dog with a balance ball even when it is summer and fine weather, because since the equipment is quite small, it is easy to take with you.
