RETURN POLICY
You should always feel safe and secure when shopping at Hansesgården. We therefore offer a 30 day return policy of a product in substantially unchanged condition (ie in the same condition as when you received the goods and that the original packaging should remain). You can try the product even if you want to make a return, but preferably do it with caution. We have the right to make a reduction in value if we consider that the returned goods are no longer in new condition.How to make a return
Send an email to info@hansesgarden.se to notify us that you are going to return the product. When you have recieved a confirmation from us send the parcel to Hansesgården, Björktjäravägen 4, 82135 Bollnäs, Sweden.
The return cost is paid by the customer. If you want to change size or product (and send from Sweden) the return shipping is free.
