Payment
In order for you as a customer to feel safe, all information is sent for payment over secure connections. Hansesgården offers the following payment method to our customers.

Klarna Checkout
Through Klarna Checkout you are offered different options for payment when you buy. Klarna Checkout presents some information for you as soon as you are identified, which is done with the guidance of the information you specify when shopping and, if necessary, with the help of information from suppliers. Which information you need to specify in order to achieve identification can vary between different buying opportunities and customers. After you are identified, Klarna Checkout displays the options available to you. Invoice is the default payment option, but you can of course freely choose one of the other options such as direct payment by bank or payment by card. What options are offered can change from time to time. You can choose whether you want to protect your use of Klarna Checkout with a PIN code. Any credit report will never be taken directly to Klarna Checkout, but will only be done when the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your creditworthiness and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. For invoice purchases, payment must be made directly to Klarnas bankgiro.

Prices
All prices quoted on our pages are inclusive of VAT. You can also view the prices excluding VAT if you wish. You change this at the top of the page.

Return Policy
You should always feel safe and secure when shopping at Hansesgården. We therefore offer a 30 day return policy of a product in substantially unchanged condition (ie in the same condition as when you received the goods and that the original packaging should remain).

You can gently try the product even if you want to use your right of return. We have the right to make a reduction in value if we consider that the returned goods are no longer in new condition. For reasons of hygiene dog toys, treats, dog food and bones are excluded from our return policy.

The time for return policy starts counting from the day you received the goods. If you want to cancel your purchase, send the goods back to us with the prepaid address card that you apply for here: https://www.hansesgarden.se/en/return-policy.html

The item must then be returned to us within 14 days, and refund will be made within 14 days after we received it and approved the return.

Complaint
According to the konsumentverket, you as a consumer have a three-year warranty. Only original defects are covered by the warranty and do not apply, for example, to damage caused by normal wear and tear. If an item is incorrect, the customer must complain to Hansesgården within via email. When you recieve your order you should carefully examine all goods to make sure that they are faultless and work properly.

In order for a complaint to apply, damaged goods must not be mounted. In case of a complaint contact us at Hansesgården and state the reason for the complaint in order to receive a prepaid shipping note for the return of the product. The product must be returned within 14 days.

All our goods have a one-year warranty, provided that the goods have been used correctly.

In addition, our customers receive free spare parts (applies to fiberglass bars) to Hansesgårdentälten for two years regardless of how the damage has arisen.

Cookies are used on the vast majority of websites to give a visitor access to many different functions. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. There are two different types of cookies. One saves a file for a longer period of time on your device. It is used, for example, in functions that talk about what is new since the user last visited the website in question. The second type of cookie is called session cookie. Session cookies are not stored for a long time on your computer, but disappear when you close your browser.

This means that you do not have to fill in the same information the next time you come to shop with us.
