The Norwegian company Non-Stop has stuff developed for active dogs. Here is the shoe that is an evolution of the blue classic Long distance bootie. There are two clear differences between these two models; apart from the colour, the contact shoe has a high shaft.
In winter, the doggy's paws are exposed to both cold, ice and snow. But by letting the doggie wear shoes, the paws are protected and the socks also reduce the risk of snow clumps between the pads. And thanks to its high shaft, it also protects the dog from getting snowballs in the fur along the legs.
Contact bootie high has a simple model, which also makes it easy for you to get it on the dog's paw. The double elastic velcro straps allow you to tighten the shoe for a snug fit. The shoe is spacious, which means that the toes have room to move.
The socks is made of tightly woven nylon. This makes the shoe thin, soft and light in weight. But it also makes the boots not particularly warm. For an active doggy who moves a lot on walks, the shoe can still work well even if it's cold outside.
Keep in mind that the dog shoe is made of fabric and that it is designed to be used on ice and snow. We therefore recommend that the shoe is not used on other surfaces. Contact bootie high wears out over time, to extend the life you can turn the top side down when the bottom is worn out and broken.
The dog shoes are sold in packs of 4 pieces. Can be machine washed at 30 degrees.

To get the right size, you need to measure the width of the paw. The easiest way to do this is to let the dog stand with its paw on a piece of paper. It is important that the dog has the weight of the paw you draw on the paper. Then measure the width directly from the paper. Many dogs have larger front paws than back, so our tip is that you measure all four paws and choose the larger size of shoes.
