ALL-IN-ONE DOG LEASH
- Leash with built-in collar
- Available in several colors
- Lightweight
Do you always take off both the leash and the collar when your dog is about to run loose? Is the leash hook big and bulky so it irritates the dog? Or are you bothered by the weight of the carabiner when you wear the leash?
The solution is an all-in-one dog leash. Here is the smart design where everything is together. No hooks but just a half-choke collar that is attached to a leash.
It is similar to a retriever leash, fast with the difference that the collar has a solid part. Where the retriever leash becomes a choke leash, the all-in-one becomes a martingale.
The advantages of using an all-in-one leash are that everything is together. It is easy to take on and off. You never lose one part. A favorite among many agility practitioners.
The dog leash is made of hexa material which is water-resistant PVC. This makes the leash light in weight while being easy to clean and does not smell bad. The name hexa comes from the fact that the leash has a hexagonal pattern, a pattern that gives you a good grip even when it is wet or cold.
Our all-in-one-dog leashes are available in three different widths: 10, 16 or 20 mm. The widest model is for large and strong dogs, while the two smaller ones are suitable for both small and larger dogs. We also know that there are a lot of dogs out there who want wider collars, so that is why you as an owner can choose to get different widths for the collar and leash.
HOW DO I MEASURE TO GET THE RIGHT SIZE?
When choosing a martingale collar, you need to measure your dog's head at its widest point, which is usually around the ears. The collar must be able to be put over the dog's head, so the head circumference is the most important measurement.
The size is given as a range, for example 25–35 cm. 35 cm is the largest circumference of the collar and must be larger than the dog's head, otherwise the collar will be difficult to put over the head. 25 cm is the smallest circumference of the collar when the leash is loaded.
The minimum size is not as important to consider, more so that it must not be so large that the dog can back out of the collar and thus get loose. When the collar is on the dog, it should lie comfortably around the neck and provide a safe but gentle strangulation function when the leash is loaded.
