The liner is that rubber thing that is used when milking cows. And when the cup has done its job in milk production, we take over and instead of throwing away the rubber piece, we simply transform it into a fun dog toy.
Teat liner is soft, durable and flexible. That makes it great for dairy farmers to use and it is also these properties that make it fun to have as a toy for the dog. And because the black oblong rubber thing smells like cow, it becomes extra interesting for the doggy.
The other part used in this toy is a waste piece from our leash workshop. We make a lot of dog leashes every day, and then there are small pieces left over that we can't use as leashes. These pieces instead become the string for this toy.
The leash used is the comfortable and grip-friendly hexa. The material is water-resistant PVC, which means that it doesn't smell bad if it gets wet and is easy to wash.
Together, it becomes a dog toy that can be used for fighting games, or as a reward during training or perhaps when called up. Of course, it's just as good to throw the toy away and let the dog run and fetch it.
Summa summarum is a fun dog toy that also makes the environment happy because there are no new products in circulation, but only old "junk" that gets new life.
The dog toy is manufactured by us here in Bollnäs. Keep in mind that each toy is unique, which means that the length of the hexa leash can differ slightly. And since we make the toy from scraps, you can't choose the color of the string. It will be what it is. And we are pretty sure that your dog will like the toy regardless of the color of the handle.
SIZE
The dog toy is available in two different designs where the handle is either a loop or just a string.
Length of the teat rubber approx. 15 cm.
Total length for the toy with string is approx. 80 - 85 cm.
Total length for the toy with loop is approx. 45 - 50 cm.
The handle is either 16 or 20 mm wide.
