The two strands itself is both durable and elastic, and has a lined handle so you can get a good grip on the toy. The bungee function in particular is great to have to reduce the risk of hard jerks in the shoulders and arms. It also makes it gentler on your dog's neck.
Tug-E-Nuff Powerball bungee is exactly what this is. A powerful ball and elastic handle. That particular combo is also the reason why the toy is suitable for even tough dogs.
