At the bottom is the lotus ball, which is a treat hider. Open the three leaves and put in something good and then close with Velcro. At the other end is a long string and in the middle is a fairly large piece of sheepskin that will also attract the dog.
The long string has a part with bungee, which makes the game softer for both the dog and the handler. The handle itself is also padded for an even softer experience. The length of the rope also means that you can have the toy farther from the ground while you run away. It can get almost all dogs to want to chase after you. A really good way to train recall or to get your dog interested in playing with you.
