CREATIVE AND CHALLENGING DOG PUZZLE FROM NINA OTTOSSON
Fun and difficult
Food activation for dogs
Difficulty level 4 out of 4
Does your dog like to work his brain? And do you like to give your dog challenges? Then check out Tower of Treats, the most challenging dog game from Swedish Nina Ottosson. All dog puzzles are ranked in difficulty and this one is level four out of four. So a really clever game that is suitable for dogs that can handle level three.
Here your dog gets to activate his senses to find the treats hidden inside the tower. Let the dog spin the wheel, flip levers, slide doors and finally open boxes. Yep, Tower of Treats contains all of these elements. At the top is a wheel where the dog spins the lid to get the treats. The level below consists of lids that the dog must flip, only when that is done will the dog get to eat the treat. But that's not all, the flipping also unlocks the sliding doors of the layer below which in turn unlocks the drawers at the bottom.
This mentally stimulating game allows the dog to work with his nose and at the same time try to find a way to get to the treat. It becomes an activation game for both body and brain. Dog puzzles are great to have at home to take out when you want to give your dog a brain workout and counteract boredom and understimulation.
Dog puzzle games from Nina Ottosson are suitable as an activation toy, but they can also be used to give your dog their dinner in a more challenging way.
The first few times your dog tries the treat tower, it may be wise to make the game easier. Leave all layers unlocked, show the dogs how the puzzle works. You can then gradually increase the difficulty by starting from the bottom and locking the boxes, before making it even more difficult by locking the middle layer. If you want to challenge your dog more, you can try placing the puzzle on a stool. This small change will probably make your dog think and perhaps change tactics.
All dogs deserve to be challenged, and that is why the activation puzzle from Nina Ottosson is suitable for both large and small dogs, regardless of age.
The game is made of food-safe materials that are free of BPA, phthalates and PVC. The activation puzzle is easy to clean with soap and water.
