In addition to the fact that eating slower can be healthy, it is also a little more fun to eat food in a delicious food bowl. Here is the bowl from Polish Fiboo that is equally suitable for dogs and cats.
The unique thing about Fiboowl is that it is soft and bendable, which means that the dog can reach everywhere. Another good thing about this slobowl is that it is environmentally friendly, made of recycled plastic mixed with natural wood fibers.
The soft bowl has several compartments so you can divide the food into colors, textures or contents. Or you can put the food a little here and there, so that it is the same type of food everywhere. No one way is more correct, but you can do whatever you want. You can use the food bowl both for food enrichment where you mix different ingredients or for serving classic dry kibble. Or why not combine where some compartments have dry food, while others contain vegetables, wet food and fruit.
The advantage of serving the dog food in an eat-slow food bowl is that it takes longer and that the dog needs to work to get everything. The dog can't just throw himself at the food and inhale it, but it will require concentration and focus to get the good stuff. This provides both a calmer and longer meal time and mental stimulation, both of which are good for the dog's well-being.
