The blue cooling blanket is activated by water and keeps you cool for up to five days. The carpet is both non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
The products from Aqua Coolkeeper cool without cooling or getting wet, which is probably why they are so popular. Immediately after soaking, the fabric is wet, so it may be wise to hang the blanket to dry before using it. The cooling effect remains long after the fabric has dried.
HOW THE COOLING FILTER WORKS
Inside the carpet are small crystals, what is called HydroQuartz. When the carpet is soaked, the crystals will be activated. They swell and become soft, more jelly-like. Over time, the water will evaporate and the crystals will become smaller and smaller until they have returned to their original hard form. And then just soak again and again and again.
Remember to hang up the blanket when not in use. In this way, the risk of the carpet smelling damp is reduced.

TO THINK ABOUT
There is a small label sewn onto the product. It specifies the maximum measurement of thickness during soaking. Be careful not to exceed that recommendation.
There is also a time indication on the label. But as it depends on the temperature and quality of the water it can take a different amount of time to activate the HydroQuartz inside, so it is recommended that you look at the thickness instead of the time.
