HOW TO DO IT
Soak the Aqua Coolkeeper necktie and it will swell and soften. It can be a little wet in the fabric, but can be used directly. For best effect, it is recommended that the necktie to soak the evening before because the fabric can then dry. Once the scarf has become dry and the effect has disappeared, you can soak the necktie again.
