Are the dog and you going to the beach or out by boat? Then it is good if your doggie is wearing a life jacket that makes them both visible and stays above the water surface. From the American company Ezydog comes the red DFD life jacket.
This dog life jacket fits ergonomically and well on your dog to keep the doggy in a natural swimming position. The vest does not limit the dog's natural movement pattern, but the doggie can swim and move completely unlimited.
The life jacket is easy to quickly take on and off through the two wide buckles that go around the dog's stomach. To get a good fit for your dog's body, it is possible to adjust the length of the leashes. It is also possible to regulate the size at the dog's neck.
The life jacket has reflectors to create visibility and because the vest has a handle on the back, you can lift the dog out of the water if necessary. At the back of the vest there is a pocket with a zipper, perfect for the leash or maybe for poop bags. At the neck of the life jacket there is a strong D-ring so that you attach a leash.

Fins in five different methods, from XXS to large. The size is based on the dog's weight, girth and back length.
XXS: weight <7 kg, circumference 25 - 42 cm, length 22 - 30 cm
XS: weight 7-11 kg, circumference 30-50 cm, length 25-34 cm
Small: weight 9-20 kg, circumference 53-89 cm, length 33-41 cm
Medium: weight 18 - 27 kg, circumference 64 - 99 cm, length 38 - 50 cm
Large: weight 27 - 41 kg, circumference 69 - 112 cm, length 43 - 61 cm
Color: red with black details.

If the measurements do not match exactly, choose the first hand size according to the dog's weight and girth. The DFD vest does not have to cover the entire dog's back to be effective.
