From the Swiss company 1one1 comes the Origami dog carrier. The name refers to the Japanese art of folding paper into three-dimensional figures. And this car carrier certainly reminds me of that. First it is flat and with a quick jerk the cage rises up. Then to fold the dog cage, you press two buttons and it collapses like a house of cards. Best of all - the car cage is crash tested. This means that your dog rides safely in the cage. Further down the page you will find the protocol from the crash test. But not only that, the cage is also comfortable for the dog to ride in. This patented folding system provides the same mechanical strength that you would expect from a rigid construction. The Origami cage is both functional and robust. The stable frame is made of aluminum and the walls are made of textile, the combination gives the cage good stability while reducing weight. The dog can look like the textile protects the inside of the car from both dirt and dog hair.
