From American K9Sport sack comes the spacious and sturdy dog backpack Knivagate. So this is not a backpack for the dog to carry, but a backpack for you to carry your dog.
When you are going out on tours or hikes and are not sure if the dog will be able to join. Then Knavigate can be the carrier for you and your dog.
K9Sport bag Knavigate provides really good support for you. There is a padded hip belt and padded shoulder straps that help make carrying more comfortable. The bag also has a chest strap that is adjustable in both height and length, which means that it can be adapted to you.
On the short sides of the rucksack there is mesh fabric that provides better ventilation for the doggy and at the same time reduces the risk of bad odour. But there are more nifty functions here. The dog backpack has several pockets. For one thing, there are larger pockets on the sides, perfect for a water bottle or something. At the hip strap there are two small pockets suitable for, for example, dog treats or poo bags.
At the bottom of the backpack there is a spacious pocket for your jacket or lunch bag. The size of that pocket depends on the size of the bag. The larger the bag size, the smaller the pocket.
Knavigate has several functions so that your dog can sit comfortably. For one thing, it has two holes at the top so you can stick the dog's front legs out. On the short side there are also straps that you can adjust according to the doggie's body shape. To reduce the risk of the dog getting out of the bag, you can secure the dog with a collar or harness. The backpack has a hook on the inside that you can attach to the dog's collar. If you use a harness, there is also a hook for it.

HOW DO I GET THE DOG TO SIT IN THE BACKPACK?
It may take some training to get the dog comfortable in the backpack. But once you've learned the technique and the dog understands the point of backpacking, it usually goes easier. A good tip is to start at home in a quiet environment. Bribe with candy. Open your back fully.
K9 Sport sack recommends starting with the dog's front legs, so put the doggie on its back and thread through the front legs. Then fasten the buckle around the neck, so that the dog cannot back out of the backpack. Make sure that the doggy fits properly inside the back and then you can pull up the zipper. Available in five sizes: XS, small, medium, large and XL.
XS fits dogs with a back measurement of 23 - 30 cm.
Small fits dogs with a back measurement of 33 - 41 cm.
Medium fits dogs with a back measurement of 43 - 48 cm.
Large fits dogs with a back measurement of 51 - 56 cm.
XL fits dogs with a back measurement of 58 - 64 cm.
To find out the dog's back measurement, measure between the collar and the base of the tail.
If you have a dog with a compact body shape, such as a pug or bulldog, the backpack may feel a bit cramped for the dog. A tip is to choose a size larger and put a Booster block in the bottom.
