The long-haired collie is a family dog that has a lot of fur and wise eyes. The most famous collie is probably Lassie, who in several films helped her family members and who made children all over the world wish they had their very own Lassie.
The shape can just as well be used for other shortbread days or for punching out a collie dog and decorating a cake. The stainless steel cake mold can be machine washed.
