Because by using a short special leash, you can reduce the risk of the doggy jumping off the grooming table.
This short and narrow leash for grooming arm has smart functions to work for the purpose. The loop is adjustable so you can reduce or increase the size according to the dog's neck. And at the other end there is a small carabiner that you attach to the leash on the trim table.
The lead is soft and flexible, made of water-resistant PVC. The material is similar to biothane and is easy to wash clean. In addition, the material does not smell bad and it does not mold either. Because the hex leash does not absorb water, you can use the leash first in the bath and then directly on the dressing table.
