From Swedish Nina Ottosson many fun dog games where the dog gets nose to the goodies and then use either nose or paws to access the good. Here is a classic fifteen game or shooting puzzle as it is also called, though refused to fit your dog. To access the treat, the dog must move the puzzle pieces.
Challenge Slider is good to have at home and bring out when you want the dog to get a mental challenge and get brain stimulus. Dog puzzle is a good activation game that makes your doggy get to work with both brain, body and nose to get on how it should do to access the goodies.
Pull out the bottom plate and fill the compartments with dog candy. Then push the plate and let the doggee start looking. At first, you may get to show and encourage the dog to move the puzzle pieces.
Works at least as good as pure activation but also to give your dog dinner in a little more fun and more stimulating ways. To get the candy from Challenge Slider, the dog must pull the square plates aside and because there is only one empty box, the dog must move on one piece at a time.
Some dogs use the nose and other their paws to access the goodies. If you think your dog is too hard-handed with the paws or if you want to give the doggie a bigger challenge, try putting the game a little higher up on a pallet or chair.
Dog Puzzle Games from Nina Ottosson is available with different levels of difficulty, from level 1 to 4. Challenge Slider is level 3, the next highest level. The activation game is recommended to dogs that need more challenge, but do not believe it is too difficult. Your dog is good much smarter than you believe.
