Everyone in the agility world knows who Jenny Damm is. She is the agility handler who has won countless titles and has been on the podium at championship after championship. The Swedish company SafeStrideSolution has developed these popular slalom bows in collaboration with Jenny.
The purpose of the bows is to make it easier for the dog to do the right thing and train the muscle memory of how a correct slalom is done. You can use the bows when learning slalom, but also to hone in on entrances or exits.
JENNY bow has a plastic attachment at each end that clicks onto the poles. You choose whether you want bows at every turn or if you only need a few bows, perhaps at the entrance or exit of the slalom.
The bows are made of durable plexiglass and are transparent, which means that they are not too visible. This also makes it easier when you want to remove the training help.
When delivered, the bow have a white protective film on them. You can remove it if you want, but you can also keep it on so that the JENNY bow is visible a little better. Keep in mind that the protective film is not made to be durable, so it will eventually come off.
The bow fit slalom poles with a diameter between 29 - 33 mm.
JENNY bow is delivered unassembled, so you have to attach the brackets yourself. Instructions are included.
