BALL WITH STABLE HOLDER
- Suitably large and high balance ball
- Fun and tough training
- For both dogs and people
Two-part balance ball consisting of a green half ball and a hard base. Simply explained, it's a reasonably large pilates ball that's sort of split in half, and to give it good stability, a gray plastic bottom is included.
Unlike, for example, a peanut or egg ball, half a balance ball is lower and therefore easier for smaller dogs to have their front paws on. And another advantage is precisely that this green ball lies still without going away.
Let the dog stand with two paws, or the doggy is smaller with all four paws. Another good exercise is to have the dog back up half the ball.
This multifunctional BOSU-like ball is really suitable for many different exercises - and even for dog owners. Why not make situps a little more challenging by sitting on the ball? Or do a push-up on the ball?
And speaking of push-ups. It's an exercise that even the doggy can do on the half ball.
So yes, this half pilates ball is great to have as an aid for training balance, stability, strength and coordination.
The green ball is delivered flat and inflated to the desired height.
Pump is not included, but can be purchased
