BALANCE PAD FOR DOG TRAINING

  • Large balance disc
  • Also suitable for large dogs
  • Suits both beginner and pro
The large and orange balance disc is good to use for the dog's balance ball training. Here, the doggy can train both strength and coordination as well as body awareness. Disco-dog is the name of the rather flat balance disc which is the all-round balance ball. It is a good ball to start with precisely because it is so low and lies quite still on the floor. So if you have a beginner dog, a counter is great to have. But the balance counter is also great to use when the dog has become more used to balancing. If you are going to invest in a balance ball, a disc is highly recommended. When you do balance ball training with the dog, it is important that the dog stands properly without having to strain obliquely or stand like a shrimp. And because this counter is so large, many dogs have room to stand with all four legs on the plate. The disc can be advantageously used together with other balls. Perhaps let the dog stand with its front legs on the counter and its hind legs on a stool or on a FitPAWS fitbone. Or the other way around with back legs on the orange balance pad and then front legs on an egg ball. The balance counter is also good for training hind leg control and for teaching the dog to back up on it. Disco-dog is made of high-quality PVC and is completely free of phthalates, latex, lead and BPA. It has two different surfaces; one side is smooth and the other has small spikes. Which side fits best is individual. The advantage of the nibs is that they simultaneously stimulate the nerve sensors in the doggy's paws. The degree of difficulty can be made more difficult or easier by changing the amount of air. Pump is not included but is purchased separately here. And yes, of course we humans also benefit from balance ball training with a counter. Try standing on one leg, or doing squats or why not push-ups on a Disco-sport ball. COLOR AND SIZE Colour: orange. About 55 cm in diameter. HANSESGÅRDEN RECOMMENDS Exercising on a balance ball is so much harder than it looks. It is a tough form of training for both head and body. So keep the training short. When rehabilitating injured dogs, we advise that the dog be trained in consultation with a dog physiotherapist or other medically knowledgeable staff.
