The rules of the game are simple. The card deck contains 52 cards with canine challenges to inspire the doggy and you. Here are the cards that inspire the joy of movement in a nature near you.
Since there are 52 inspiration cards, you can either draw one card a week and thus have a challenge all year round, or you choose a card every now and then when inspiration is lacking and you want extra motivation. The challenges can be completed regardless of where in Sweden you are and do not require virgin forest to be completed. With the right attitude, a dog and no time pressure, each assignment will probably give both the doggy and you a wonderful energy boost.

The idea of the cards is to give you fun ideas and tips for getting active in nature together with your best friend. And the best thing is that the cards can be used over and over again!

The cards are available with five different themes; relationship, enrichment, training, play & exercise and mental stimulation. There are less physical tasks such as "experience the northern lights together" and "eat breakfast in the open air" to more demanding tasks such as "try out nature parkour" and "explore a cave". There is also our personal favorite "go where the nose points".
