From the American company SodaPup comes the sweet and small butterfly which is at the same time really hard and tough. In the wings there are depressions of different sizes and depths. Fill these with something sticky and yummy and let the dog lick up the goodness. What you use for something to gag is up to you. You can use, for example, peanut butter and spread it on the butterfly wings. Or why not soak dry food for a long time so that it turns into a mush. Or maybe use yogurt. SodaPup Butterfly is made of hard plastic and it can handle a lot of chewing even from dogs with hard jaws. But keep in mind that the toy is not indestructible and a dog can bite it. Our tip is therefore that your doggie is only allowed to use the little butterfly when you have it under your supervision. The point of giving the dog a toy where he has to lick and work to get the good stuff is simply because it's a natural kind of activation. It can also be a way to cure boredom or to use as an escape maneuver. SodaPup Butterfly is easy to clean, either beforehand or in the dishwasher.
